How much do Tiansheng’s samples usually charge? How many days delivery time?
The samples provided by Tiansheng Electronics are not free, the charge is the value of the product plus the shipping cost. If there is stock in stock, the delivery time is 3 days. If there is no stock and you need to purchase accessories, the general delivery time is about 15-20 days.
Why does it take so many days and how many days is typical in the industry?
If no special parts need to be procured, then only manual assembly is required by engineers, and after assembly, calibration and quality inspection are also required, which generally takes about 7 days.
If the non-conventional parts, it depends mainly on the production time of the parts, such as PCB, 3D printing shell, etc., the proofing time is 15-20 days
What conditions can we give better prototype support to our customers?
If the customer can provide more detailed project information and we have reached happy cooperation before, we can tilt our resources to the customer’s proofing.
Refund of sample fee
After the customer confirms the sample and places a large order, according to the previous agreement with the sales, the sample fee can be refunded after reaching a certain sales quantity
